Elders as Servant Leaders

Joshua Sorrows concludes a two-part teaching on the role of Elders, culminating with the installation of John Kaserman as the fourth Elder at Normandy.  Joshua emphasizes that kingdom leadership is all about serving.  He explains from the life and ministry of Moses in Numbers 11 that the means of God caring for His people is through appointing and establishing elders.  Joshua then uses the ministry of Jesus and passages such as Acts 14:21-23 to show the continuation of God's plan of shepherding and caring for His people through eldership in the New Testament church.
